Tax Preparation Certificate - (C25800T)
This certificate is designed to introduce students to individual income tax return preparation and various aspects of the accounting profession. Students will be provided with a basic knowledge of individual income tax return preparation, financial accounting, accounting software applications, and office computer software. Upon successful completion, students will be prepared for employment in entry-level accounting positions such as individual income tax return preparer assistant and bookkeeping assistant. Upon successful completion, students will also be awarded a certificate. Courses within the certificate may be applied toward the Associate of Applied Science degree in Accounting & Finance.
