Payroll Accounting Certificate - (C25800R)
This certificate is designed to introduce students to payroll processing, individual income tax return preparation, and other aspects of the accounting profession. Students will be provided with a basic knowledge of payroll processing, financial accounting, individual income tax return preparation, accounting software applications, and office computer software. Upon successful completion, students will be prepared for employment in entry-level accounting positions such as payroll processing assistant, bookkeeping assistant, and individual income tax return preparation assistant. Upon successful completion, students will also be awarded a certificate. Courses within the certificate may be applied toward the Associate of Applied Science degree in Accounting & Finance.
