Program of Study Change

Students desiring to change their program of study should contact their academic advisor when considering the change. Once the decision is made, the student will submit the Program Change Form in Etrieve Central.

Program changes are effective the following term and are not official until the necessary forms are processed by Student Development. Once processed, notification will be sent to the student, new advisor and former academic advisor.

Special Note to Veterans: Because of specific Veterans Administration policies regarding benefits, questions concerning program change, repeat courses, and the academic probation policy should be referred to the RCC Veterans Affairs Officer.
