Counseling Services

Counseling services, located in the Whitcomb Student Center, are available to all students free of charge. These services provide the opportunity for students to work with a counselor to improve their overall functioning. Students can request support for a variety of issues, such as: improving coping skills; dealing with relationship issues; discussing mental health needs such as depression, anxiety, and grief; assessing substance abuse; and improving time management and study skills. Students may also receive referrals to community resources for further extended attention or therapy.
