This pathway is designed to prepare students to analyze and troubleshoot hardware and software issues. Upon completion, students will be prepared for entry level employment in various IT support positions such as IT Help Desk Technician. Courses within this pathway may be applied to the Associate in Applied Science degree in Information Technology.
