Rockingham Community College is an equal opportunity college, in compliance and agreement with the provisions set forth in Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972, and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 and the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) of 1990. Applicants, employees, and students of Rockingham Community College may lodge grievances involving alleged violations of their rights under the provisions of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972, and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 with the Equal Opportunity Officer at 336-342-4261 or the Assistant Secretary, Office for Civil Rights, 330 C.
